Responsible use
Responsible use: the HackSN account-security policy
HackSN exists to secure and recover your own social accounts — and to help a family member secure theirs, with them in control. Everything on the other side of that line, we refuse.
See what we do and don'tOfficial tools only
Every step routes through the platform's own Help Center and settings.
No password, ever
We never ask for, see, or store a credential of any kind.
Owner-and-consent only
Your account, or one whose owner is present and agreeing.
No false promises
We never guarantee recovery, anonymity, or catching an attacker.
These aren't marketing lines — they're the rules that shape every page on this site.
We do
- ✓ Recover your own hacked account through the platform's official flow
- ✓ Walk you through your own settings — 2FA, passkeys, and active sessions
- ✓ Help a consenting family member secure their own account, with them present
- ✓ Show you how to check whether your email or password appeared in a breach
- ✓ Teach you to spot phishing, fake logins, and SIM-swap attempts aimed at you
We never
- ✗ Access, hack, or log into an account that isn't yours
- ✗ Monitor, track, or read someone else's messages or activity
- ✗ Ask for, store, or handle your password or any login code
- ✗ Bypass 2FA, guess passwords, or defeat another person's security
- ✗ Unmask an attacker or promise to catch whoever hit you
One rule decides everything: it has to be your account, or an account whose owner is sitting beside you and saying yes.
Things this site will never do — and where to go instead
⛔ We won't open an account by username, email, or phone number
No tool exists that opens a stranger's account; every 'hack by username' service is a scam or malware.
→ If it's your account, use the platform's own official recovery flow.
⛔ We won't take your password or a one-time code
A real security service never needs your credentials — anyone who asks for them is phishing you.
→ Enter passwords and codes only on the platform's own official login screen.
⛔ We won't help you read someone else's messages or track their activity
Covertly watching another adult is illegal in most places and is the definition of stalkerware.
→ If you fear you're being watched, learn to find and remove stalkerware on your own device.
⛔ We won't bypass two-factor authentication or catch an attacker for you
Defeating 2FA means breaking someone's security, and no one can reliably unmask an anonymous attacker.
→ Lock down your own account, then report the incident to the platform and, if needed, the police.
FAQ
What does 'responsible use' actually mean here?
It means every guide on HackSN assumes the account is yours, or belongs to a family member who is present and agreeing, and that each step uses the platform's own official recovery and security tools.
Can you help me get into someone else's account?
No, accessing an account that isn't yours is illegal and something we refuse in every case, so instead we help you secure and recover your own account and defend it against attacks aimed at you.
Will you ever ask for my password or a verification code?
No, we never ask for, handle, or store your password or any login code, because a legitimate security service never needs your credentials and anyone who does is trying to phish you.
I share an account with my partner — can we secure it together?
Yes, you can review and strengthen a shared account's security together as long as the other owner is present and agreeing, which is exactly the owner-and-consent standard this policy is built on.
Can you guarantee you'll recover my account or find who hacked it?
No, we cannot promise guaranteed recovery or identify an attacker, and we are honest that no legitimate service can, but we can walk you through the official steps that give you the best chance.
